Decadent molten chocolate cakes made low-carb and sugar-free—these keto chocolate lava cakes are rich, gooey, and perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or allulose
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 4 ramekins and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
  • Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, sweetener, and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
  • Fold melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  • Gently stir in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  • Divide batter evenly among ramekins.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Let cool 1–2 minutes, then carefully invert onto plates. Serve immediately.
