A refreshing sugar-free keto mango mojito with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water—tropical flavor without the carbs.
- 1/4 cup sugar-free mango syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups sparkling water (or club soda)
- 2 oz white rum (optional, omit for mocktail)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and extra mint (for garnish)
Place mint leaves and lime juice in two tall glasses. Muddle gently to release the mint’s oils.
Add sugar-free mango syrup and stir.
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour in sparkling water (and rum, if using). Stir gently to combine.
