A refreshing sugar-free keto mango mojito with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water—tropical flavor without the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free mango syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling water (or club soda)
  • 2 oz white rum (optional, omit for mocktail)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and extra mint (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Place mint leaves and lime juice in two tall glasses. Muddle gently to release the mint’s oils.
  • Add sugar-free mango syrup and stir.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour in sparkling water (and rum, if using). Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately, chilled and bubbly.
