Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and butter together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into thin strips on a sheet of parchment.
Wrap each hot dog in strips, leaving small gaps for the “eyes.”
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Add cheese circles and olive slices as eyes. Serve warm!
