- 6-8 fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
- 2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water (or more, to taste)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Extra mint sprigs & strawberry slices for garnish
Place strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sweetener in a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker.
Muddle gently to release juices and aromas.
Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice.
Divide the muddled mixture evenly between glasses.
Top with sparkling water and stir to combine.
