A chillingly red, sugar-free Halloween cocktail that’s fruity, refreshing, and totally keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp keto sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup sparkling water or tonic (sugar-free)
  • 1 shot vodka (optional)
  • Crushed ice
  • Black salt or crushed freeze-dried raspberries (for rim)

Instructions 

  • Rim glass with lime juice and dip in black salt or crushed berries.
  • In a shaker or bowl, mash raspberries and sweetener together.
  • Add lime juice and vodka (if using). Stir well.
  • Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or tonic.
  • Garnish with a few whole raspberries.
