A chillingly red, sugar-free Halloween cocktail that’s fruity, refreshing, and totally keto-friendly.
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp keto sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup sparkling water or tonic (sugar-free)
- 1 shot vodka (optional)
- Crushed ice
- Black salt or crushed freeze-dried raspberries (for rim)
Rim glass with lime juice and dip in black salt or crushed berries.
In a shaker or bowl, mash raspberries and sweetener together.
Add lime juice and vodka (if using). Stir well.
Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water or tonic.
Garnish with a few whole raspberries.
