Crispy air-fried chicken wings seasoned simply and tossed in a thin butter and hot sauce buffalo coating.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Buffalo sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (Frank’s-style)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  • Toss wings with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until the skin is browned and crispy.
  • Whisk melted butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  • Transfer hot wings into the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately.
