Cheesy and hearty keto bacon cheeseburger casserole with seasoned beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar. A low-carb, gluten-free dinner that tastes just like your favorite cheeseburger without the bun
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a medium baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Spread beef mixture evenly in baking dish. Top with half of the crumbled bacon.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar. Pour over beef.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and set in the middle.
Cool slightly before serving.
