Chicken salad with ranch and bacon in lettuce leaves.
- 1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
Combine chopped chicken, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, scallions, celery, and black pepper in a bowl.
Stir until coated.
Spoon mixture into romaine lettuce leaves.
Serve immediately or chill.
