Crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes wrapped in crunchy romaine leaves. A simple, flavorful, low-carb twist on the classic BLT sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 4 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 medium tomato (sliced)
  • ½ avocado (sliced (optional))
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Lay out lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise onto each leaf.
  • Layer bacon, tomato slices, and avocado (if using).
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Fold or roll the lettuce into wraps. Secure with parchment or toothpicks if needed.
  • Serve immediately.
