- 4 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 medium tomato (sliced)
- ½ avocado (sliced (optional))
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Lay out lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise onto each leaf.
Layer bacon, tomato slices, and avocado (if using).
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Fold or roll the lettuce into wraps. Secure with parchment or toothpicks if needed.
Serve immediately.
