Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Optional: crispy bacon (parsley)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Lightly steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium heat until smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, and the cheese sauce.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with additional cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Optional: top with crispy bacon or parsley before serving.
