- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or allulose
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
