Rich, fudgy, and chocolatey—these keto brownies are sugar-free, low-carb, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without breaking ketosis.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or allulose
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and mix with sweetener in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined.
  • Sift in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Spread batter evenly into the prepared dish.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
  • Cool before slicing into 12 brownies.
