Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small zucchini (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to spice preference)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions
