- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Add ice, coffee, heavy cream, caramel syrup, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Drizzle caramel inside a glass if desired.
Pour the frappuccino into the glass.
