Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter (cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup seeded chopped jalapeño
  • 1 egg

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and whisk.
  • Add cold cubed butter and cut into dry ingredients.
  • Add shredded cheddar and stir.
  • Add chopped jalapeño and stir.
  • Add egg and stir until dough forms.
  • Shape into 8 biscuit mounds.
  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
