A cheesy, satisfying keto skillet made with ground beef, pizza sauce, and melted mozzarella. All the flavor of pizza with no crust, no dough, and no flour.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup low-carb pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the beef mixture.
Add pepperoni if using.
Cover and cook for 4–6 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
