A cheesy, satisfying keto skillet made with ground beef, pizza sauce, and melted mozzarella. All the flavor of pizza with no crust, no dough, and no flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the beef mixture.
  • Add pepperoni if using.
  • Cover and cook for 4–6 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
