A creamy, cheesy ranch-flavored chicken casserole loaded with tender chicken and crispy bacon — the perfect easy keto dinner.

Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • Sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and shredded chicken until fully coated.
  • Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with additional cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and optional green onions.
  • Serve warm.
