Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and shredded chicken until fully coated.
Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with additional cheddar cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and optional green onions.
Serve warm.
