A rich, creamy, cheesy chicken skillet with bacon and spinach — ready in under 30 minutes.
For the Chicken Skillet
- 1.5 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 4 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
For the Creamy Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cups fresh spinach
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan; stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
Stir in spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
Top with crispy bacon and serve hot.
