Ingredients

For the Chicken Skillet

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 4 slices bacon (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan; stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  • Top with crispy bacon and serve hot.
