- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until creamy.
Stir in almond flour gradually until a dough forms.
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
