Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, almond flour, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Form into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet.
Add broth, cream, cream cheese, Dijon, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and pour sauce over them.
Bake 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Add optional toppings and serve warm.
