Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered keto sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon crushed sugar-free peppermint candy for topping
  • Sugar-free whipped topping (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add vanilla whey protein, almond milk, heavy cream, powdered sweetener, peppermint extract, white chocolate chips, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with sugar-free whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top.
