A thick, blended smoothie with cinnamon, vanilla, and protein, finished with a smooth consistency and optional whipped topping.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup ice
Optional
- whipped cream and extra cinnamon for topping
Add almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to a blender.
Add ice to the blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and thick.
Check texture and add more ice if a thicker consistency is preferred.
Pour into a glass.
Top with whipped cream and a light dusting of cinnamon if desired.
Serve immediately.
