Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup ice

Optional

  • whipped cream and extra cinnamon for topping

Instructions 

  • Add almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to a blender.
  • Add ice to the blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth and thick.
  • Check texture and add more ice if a thicker consistency is preferred.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and a light dusting of cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
