Cookie Bites
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Cinnamon “Sugar” Coating
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional Toppings
- Extra coating dusted on top
