For the Mocktail
- 1/2 cup sugar-free cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup cold sparkling water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)

- 1/2 cup crushed ice
For Garnish
- Fresh cranberries
