- 1½ lb beef sirloin steak tips (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Season steak tips with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak tips and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and add cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
Add spinach and cook until wilted and fully incorporated.
Stir in nutmeg if using.
Return steak tips to the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until coated and heated through.
