- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 4 cups green cabbage (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- ¼ cup beef broth
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add sliced cabbage and stir to combine. Cook for 6–8 minutes until cabbage is tender.
Pour in beef broth and stir well.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
