Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • ¼ cup beef broth

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add sliced cabbage and stir to combine. Cook for 6–8 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  • Pour in beef broth and stir well.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
