A creamy BLT-style chicken salad served in bowls.
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cook bacon until crisp and chop.
Chop cooked chicken.
Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Coat chicken with dressing.
Add chopped bacon and stir.
Add lettuce to bowls.
Spoon chicken mixture on top.
Add tomatoes and serve.
