Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook bacon until crisp and chop.
  • Chop cooked chicken.
  • Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat chicken with dressing.
  • Add chopped bacon and stir.
  • Add lettuce to bowls.
  • Spoon chicken mixture on top.
  • Add tomatoes and serve.
