Ingredients

For the Skillet

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped (oil-packed, drained))
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Optional Add-Ins

  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  • Garnish with herbs or chili flakes if desired and serve.
