For the Skillet
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped (oil-packed, drained))
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Optional Add-Ins
- Fresh basil or parsley
- Red pepper flakes
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with herbs or chili flakes if desired and serve.
