Season steak bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
In a separate pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté broccoli with salt 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Serve steak bites with broccoli and optional parsley.
