Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (optional))

For the Broccoli

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Season steak bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
  • In a separate pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté broccoli with salt 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Serve steak bites with broccoli and optional parsley.
