Three festive keto cheese balls — bacon-cheddar, cranberry-pecan, and jalapeño-chive — perfect for any Christmas appetizer spread or holiday party platter.

Ingredients

Base Mix

  • 16 oz 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball

  • ¼ cup sugar-free dried cranberries (chopped)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional, for festive touch)

Jalapeño Chive Cheese Ball

  • 1 fresh jalapeño (finely diced (seeded for mild))
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into three equal portions.
  • For each flavor, mix in its ingredients (cheddar & bacon, cranberries & pecans, jalapeño & chives).
  • Roll each portion into a ball and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, roll each ball in its toppings for coating (bacon bits, nuts, herbs).
  • Serve on a festive platter with keto crackers, celery sticks, or cucumber slices.
