Ingredients

For the Chicken Bake

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Sugar-Free Honey-Mustard Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For Topping

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in Dijon mustard, sugar-free honey substitute, and garlic powder.
  • Pour honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
