For the Chicken Bake
- 1.5 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sugar-Free Honey-Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For Topping
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in Dijon mustard, sugar-free honey substitute, and garlic powder.
Pour honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.
