Layered deli meats and cheese rolled tightly with fresh fillings, sliced into compact pieces that hold their structure without bread.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Lay out slices of salami, ham, and turkey slightly overlapping to form a flat layer.
  • Place provolone cheese evenly over the meat layer.
  • Add a small amount of shredded lettuce and a few thin slices of tomato.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Starting from one edge, roll tightly into a compact log.
  • Press gently to keep the roll sealed.
  • Slice into even pieces and serve.
