A crisp and refreshing sugar-free keto mojito made with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water. A low-carb cocktail that’s perfect for summer parties, BBQs, or relaxing evenings.
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime (cut into wedges)
- 2 tsp powdered erythritol or 5–6 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
- 2 oz white rum (optional for mocktail: skip rum)
- ½ cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig and lime wheel (for garnish)
In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves and lime wedges with sweetener to release juices and oils.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Add rum (if using) and top with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
Serve immediately.
