A crisp and refreshing sugar-free keto mojito made with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water. A low-carb cocktail that’s perfect for summer parties, BBQs, or relaxing evenings.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime (cut into wedges)
  • 2 tsp powdered erythritol or 5–6 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
  • 2 oz white rum (optional for mocktail: skip rum)
  • ½ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig and lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves and lime wedges with sweetener to release juices and oils.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Add rum (if using) and top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
  • Serve immediately.
