These spooky-cute Keto Mummy Dogs are wrapped in low-carb dough with edible eyes — the perfect fun Halloween snack that’s still keto-friendly and full of flavor

Ingredients

  • 8 sugar-free hot dogs or sausages
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 small cheese slices (for eyes)
  • 16 olive slices (for pupils)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and butter together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into thin strips on a sheet of parchment.
  • Wrap each hot dog in strips, leaving small gaps for the “eyes.”
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Add cheese circles and olive slices as eyes. Serve warm!
