Ingredients

White Hot Chocolate Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Sugar-free whipped cream
  • Crushed sugar-free peppermint pieces
  • White chocolate shavings (sugar-free)

Instructions 

  • Add almond milk and heavy cream to a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add sugar-free white chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.
