White Hot Chocolate Base
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- Sugar-free whipped cream
- Crushed sugar-free peppermint pieces
- White chocolate shavings (sugar-free)
Add almond milk and heavy cream to a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add sugar-free white chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.
Stir in powdered sweetener, peppermint extract, vanilla, and salt.
Heat until warm (do not boil).
