Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ½ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1-2 pinches saffron threads
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1-2 tbsp allulose or erythritol (to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions
