A one-skillet low-carb breakfast with sausage, eggs, cheddar, and spinach.
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Brown breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
Whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Reduce heat and pour eggs into the skillet with sausage.
Stir gently until eggs begin to set.
Add shredded cheddar and spinach.
