Wraps
- 6 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 6 oz smoked salmon slices
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Herb Créme
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Optional Toppings
- Extra dill
- Capers
- Thinly sliced red onion
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the herb créme.
