Ingredients

Wraps

  • 6 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 6 oz smoked salmon slices
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Herb Créme

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional Toppings

  • Extra dill
  • Capers
  • Thinly sliced red onion

Instructions 

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  • Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the herb créme.
  • Spread a layer of herb créme onto each lettuce leaf.
  • Add smoked salmon slices and cucumber on top.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill.
  • Add lemon wedges or optional toppings if desired.
