A refreshing keto sparkling lemon ginger cooler with fresh lemon, ginger, and sparkling water. Sugar-free, low-carb, and perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water (unsweetened)
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced fresh ginger
  • 1-2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garnish

  • lemon slices (mint leaves)

Instructions 

  • Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger slices, and sweetener (if using) to each glass.
  • Pour sparkling water over the top and stir gently.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint.
  • Serve immediately while bubbly.
