- 2 cups sparkling water (unsweetened)
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp thinly sliced fresh ginger
- 1-2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (optional)
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- lemon slices (mint leaves)
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
Add lemon juice, ginger slices, and sweetener (if using) to each glass.
Pour sparkling water over the top and stir gently.
