Ingredients

Maple Walnut Fudge

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Extra chopped walnuts
  • Light cinnamon dusting

Instructions 

  • Line a small dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Stir in heavy cream, sugar-free maple syrup, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.
  • Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped walnuts.
  • Pour mixture into the lined dish and smooth the top.
  • Chill 2 hours until firm.
  • Slice into squares and add optional toppings.
