Maple Walnut Fudge
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- Extra chopped walnuts
- Light cinnamon dusting
Line a small dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir in heavy cream, sugar-free maple syrup, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.
Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped walnuts.
Pour mixture into the lined dish and smooth the top.
Chill 2 hours until firm.
Slice into squares and add optional toppings.
