Latte Base
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- Sugar-free whipped cream
- Cinnamon dusting
- Sugar-free maple drizzle
Add almond milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until steaming (do not boil).
Stir in brewed coffee or espresso.
Whisk or froth until creamy.
