Creamy keto strawberry cheesecake mousse made with fresh berries and cream cheese. A light, fluffy, sugar-free dessert that’s ready in minutes and satisfies sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (pureed (plus extra for topping))
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional

  • almond flour crumble or sugar-free whipped cream for garnish

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sweetener, vanilla, and strawberry puree. Mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  • Spoon mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with fresh strawberries and optional crumble or whipped cream before serving.
