A cold, creamy, low-carb breakfast built from cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and sliced strawberries.
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp keto sweetener
- 4 medium strawberries (sliced)
- Optional: 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- Pinch salt
Beat 3 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1–2 tsp keto sweetener, and a pinch of salt until smooth and thick.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Top with sliced strawberries and optional sugar-free chocolate chips.
Serve cold.
