Ingredients

  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp keto sweetener
  • 4 medium strawberries (sliced)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Beat 3 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1–2 tsp keto sweetener, and a pinch of salt until smooth and thick.
  • Transfer to a small bowl.
  • Top with sliced strawberries and optional sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Serve cold.
