A fresh keto turkey club salad with turkey, bacon, avocado, and creamy ranch dressing. Low-carb, high-protein, and perfect for lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed lettuce or salad greens
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast (diced or sliced)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (halved)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (sugar-free)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Arrange lettuce or salad greens in two large bowls.
  • Top each with turkey, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss gently before serving or enjoy layered.
