- 4 cups mixed lettuce or salad greens
- 1 cup cooked turkey breast (diced or sliced)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (halved)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (sugar-free)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Arrange lettuce or salad greens in two large bowls.
Top each with turkey, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
