A fast, low-carb turkey and pesto bowl served over zucchini noodles.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey or sliced turkey breast
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto (sugar-free)
- 3 cups zucchini noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground turkey, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brown until cooked through.
Stir in pesto and coat turkey.
Add zucchini noodles and toss 1 to 2 minutes until just softened.
Top with shredded parmesan and serve.
