Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey or sliced turkey breast
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto (sugar-free)
  • 3 cups zucchini noodles
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground turkey, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brown until cooked through.
  • Stir in pesto and coat turkey.
  • Add zucchini noodles and toss 1 to 2 minutes until just softened.
  • Top with shredded parmesan and serve.
