Base Mixture
- 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons powdered keto sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Mix-In and Topping
- 3 tablespoons crushed sugar-free peppermint candy
- Extra crushed candy for topping
Melt sugar-free white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals.
Stir until smooth.
Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sweetener until creamy.
Add peppermint extract and blend again.
Pour melted white chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
Stir in crushed sugar-free peppermint candy.
Scoop into small molds or mini baking cups.
Sprinkle extra crushed candy on top.
Chill 45 minutes or until firm
