Ingredients

Base Mixture

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered keto sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Mix-In and Topping

  • 3 tablespoons crushed sugar-free peppermint candy
  • Extra crushed candy for topping

Instructions 

  • Melt sugar-free white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sweetener until creamy.
  • Add peppermint extract and blend again.
  • Pour melted white chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in crushed sugar-free peppermint candy.
  • Scoop into small molds or mini baking cups.
  • Sprinkle extra crushed candy on top.
  • Chill 45 minutes or until firm
