Fresh, bright, creamy salmon salad wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves. A fast and ultra-low-carb lunch that’s perfect for meal prep.
- 1 lb cooked salmon (flaked)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add flaked salmon and gently mix until fully coated.
Spoon filling into lettuce leaves.
Roll or fold to form wraps.
Serve or chill.
