- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Optional
- 1 scoop keto protein powder or collagen
Add almond milk, blueberries, almond butter, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds or a few extra blueberries.
