A creamy and refreshing keto blueberry almond smoothie made with almond milk, blueberries, and almond butter. Low-carb, dairy-free, and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Optional

  • 1 scoop keto protein powder or collagen

Instructions 

  • Add almond milk, blueberries, almond butter, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds or a few extra blueberries.
  • Serve immediately.
