- 1 large low-carb tortilla wrap
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices bacon
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ avocado (sliced)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp butter
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan.
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Cook eggs gently until scrambled.
Warm the tortilla briefly.
Add eggs, bacon, cheese, and avocado to the center.
Fold sides and roll into a burrito.
Serve immediately or toast briefly.
