Creamy, spicy Buffalo-style chicken dip baked until smooth, hot, and lightly browned.
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add chicken and half of the cheddar. Combine well.
Spread mixture in a small baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar.
Bake 18–20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
Serve warm.
