- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt (to taste)
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir to evenly season the beef.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring constantly until fully melted and incorporated.
Simmer for another 5–10 minutes until thick and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
